Winter 2026 - Updated & Enhanced 6-Week Series for Healers
Building on the success of our previous cohorts, we've refined this immersive 6-week series with more concentrated, specific teachings and increased embodied practice time. We've also made this transformative experience more accessible:
Enhanced Format:
Shorter Sessions: 1.5 hours (previously 2 hours) to honor your busy schedule
Reduced Investment: $800 full price (down from $900)
More Practice Time: Less didactic instruction means more hands-on embodied work
Prerequisites: Participants should already have foundational knowledge of Internal Family Systems. With less time spent on IFS instruction, we can dedicate more session time to hands-on somatic exploration and integration.
The Experience
This container invites you into a more embodied relationship with your internal system through concentrated, specific movement, breath, and relational practices. You'll work with targeted approaches from Authentic Movement, Body-Mind Centering, and psychodrama.
What You'll Cultivate:

Somatic Self-Leadership: Practice unblending and accessing Self-energy through movement and breath
Deep Somatic Integration: Develop embodied tools to enhance your Self-to-part connections
Community Connection: Share discoveries in a supportive container of fellow practitioners
