Winter 2026 - Updated & Enhanced 6-Week Series for Healers
Building on the success of our previous cohorts, we've refined this immersive 6-week series with more concentrated, specific teachings and increased embodied practice time. We've also made this transformative experience more accessible:
Enhanced Format:
Shorter Sessions: 1.5 hours (previously 2 hours) to honor your busy schedule
Reduced Investment: $800 full price (down from $900)
More Practice Time: Less didactic instruction means more hands-on embodied work
Prerequisites: Participants should already have foundational knowledge of Internal Family Systems. With less time spent on IFS instruction, we can dedicate more session time to hands-on somatic exploration and integration.

Your Teachers
Lila Maycock, LCSW
Lila is a body-oriented therapist with a rich and varied background in working with addictions, eating disorders, and trauma. Initially trained in cognitive and behavioral modalities, she recognized the need to go beyond talk-based approaches and deepen the connection to the body using experiential modalities. This led her to study and integrate mindfulness practices, somatic movement, and expressive arts into her therapeutic work. Lila has training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, embodied Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and UZAZU Embodied Intelligence. She has completed Level 1 Training with the IFS Institute and is pursuing certification. Her approach is rooted in the belief that we all have the capacity to access Self-led growth and organization; playfulness, and creativity belong in therapeutic spaces; and compassionate, relational awareness between our own body-mind system and between bodies and the environment is a key aspect of healing. Lila’s personal background with mental health, neurodivergence, dance, theater, singing and spirituality impact the energetic embodiment she brings to her work and her orientation towards the human experience. www.hummingthreadstherapy.com
